If you need to make a payment on your utility bill, we have several options for you to pay. You may use our “Drop Box” located at the front entrance to the Edgecombe County Administration Building. We have the option for online payments, which can be accessed here on our website. You may also pay by phone, by calling 1 (800) 487-4567. And as always, you may pay by mail.

Water and Sewer System Overview
